I am using Standard chartered bank Titanium credit card from last 2 years. And till date very satisfied
with the overall service I got. Now I am getting 5% cash back on Telephone bills, 2.5% on petrol (min amount Rs 500/-) and 1% on other transaction ( minimun on Rs. 1000/-).
Initially I was using SCB Manhattan card. One day I received call from tele caller to upgrade it to TITANIUM card. I was excited to hear about cash back amount on Telephone bill so I overlooked term regarding one time charges Rs. 3000/-. After one month I realized about this and paid these charges. But it was becasue of my mistake in listening to terms and conditions.
I started paying my friend's bills online so that I get 5% cashback. Within 1.5 year I completely recovered joining fees of 3000/-. And now I started getting real cash back. One thing I followed about this card is paying Creadit cards bills before Due date. Usually I set reminder in Outlook to pay this bill 7 days before Due date. And I never faced issue like Late charges or interest.
Customer Care:
Customer care is good. I had interacted with Customer care for more than 15/20 times and got satisfactory answers. The IVR menu is less complicated and don't put you on hold for long time. 2/3 time customer care executed reverted back some charges levid on my Credit card.
Billing
Bills are simple to understand. Before this I faced billing issues with Credit card bills where it was difficult to identified Credited and debited amount. But this SCB kept it simple.
Bill paying
I am using Sky pack service to pay bills. And withing 3 days my amount gets credited to SCB. Not faced any issues as of now. From overall experiennce this card looks good.
