*I have recently moved my home loan account from HDFC to SCB.


I regret the day I made this decision. SCB is one of the most unethical banks where customer service is not a known term**.


I am fed up with Standard Chartered Services. I am listing out issues that I need addressed:




  1. No one responds to SMS and phone calls. This is idiotic and not at all  expected from a MNC banking  organization. This is specifically true for Mr. Rambali Singh whom I have at least sent 50 SMS to get an sms back.




  2. The DSA, mymoneymantra.com Manager Mr. Ashutosh Gupta, Manager does not even pick up calls.






3.  I have logged the complaint on 26th May. We are sitting on 4th but still inspite of reminders and request for meeting, no one has come to meet and understand issues.




  1. Inspite of having a home loan, the last payment was paid by me from my personal account as SCB turned a deaf ear and no one was in SCB was reachable.




  2. For installment to be paid on 25th April, I had made the payment to SCB/RamBali Singh / Ashutosh on 22th(my portion) but the payment to Puri developers was made on 27th leading to interest component for 2 days.




  3. No LOD has been submitted to me .




  4. My previous cheques were to be refunded by SCB . The commitment made was April . I am still awaiting for the same in June.




  5. This is a pathetic response from SCB/DSA and core members of the retail / home loan division.




  6. Mr. Rambali singh was supposed to meet me on 27th for all these issues. Inspite of commitment that he will see me. till date it is only excuses and he is yet to meet me.




  7. There are issues in the account which I want clarified. Inspite of balance in the account, there is a bounce payment charges that is shown.






I will not be making any payments till the issues are resolved.


I am fed up with the services. Please let me know who is answerable for the losses accrued to me due to interest.
