If you are standing in the bank and you sneeze..it takes the bank 3 days to say ''bless you''. Because they have to ask their superiors in Dubai, ask their ops, etc/ However they will happilcy rush to sel you an insurance plan, a pension plan,, ...or a children insurance plan!!
