Very Poor Customer Service is one single word I can say about standard charted. I applied for a Personal Loan and finally with drew my application after two months due to the sheer negligence in handling customer. I applied for a personal loan and in the first attempt they have printed my name incorrect in the check.
After repeated attempts of talking to them they sent the check again and this time my account number is incorrect. Again after calling their customer service for multiple times they sent the check to a different address. In the whole process I did not receive the amount but my credit card was billed with interest for the same
