I have availed the Personal loan on July'14 and till date I have not defaulted any EMI. Now I got some amount. Hence I want to preclose this whole loan. But the have sent the pre-termination quote letter to my Personal ID and asking me to visit nearest SCB Branch and SCB is not having more branches in Tamil Nadu and they are not providing online reaishwaryasingh23ment facility also. If I want to visit nearest branch I have to travel minimum of 300KMS which is not worth enough and also the foreclosure rate very high @ 5%.
Hence who are planning to get any type of loan in Standard Chartered Bank pls. think thrice and decide. My suggestion go for nationalized bank only.
