9 months back I changed my job & had the choice to select 1 of the 10 banks to set-up salary account.
I had discussion with the reps of many banks but finally decided to open priority bank account with SCB.
They promised me priority ac with 3 companion ac for family & as a welcome gift either kindle or smart watch.
I have been following with the bank for 9 months but they have still not fulfilled what they promised.
It was outrageous to know that they actually blamed me for the issue. I reached out to the CEO just to be told that “it has happened & nothing can be done by the bank”
Very bad customer service & they don’t fulfill there commitments, stay away
