Stan Chart iPhone 0% EMI Scheme. Review on Standard Chartered Bank

For last many days iPhone is publishing front full page ads in association with Standard Chartered Credit Cards and offering 0% interest on EMI and 0% Processing fee.

I purchased an iPhone 4S from Ujjala Communication Pvt Ltd Dwarka New Delhi on last 06.04.2013 and paid Rs 28510.00 using my Stan Chart Platinum credit card the EMI was processed through pinelabs (EMI TXN ID 433367). And I was been told that in 5 working days the transaction will be converted to EMI and I'll get 5% cash back also.

After 5 days when I checked my card account it shown the transaction date as 06.03.2013 instead of 06.04.2013 they also charged be Rs 761.22 as EMI processing fee I called up the bank to notify the same and they reversed my entry and shown it on 06.04.2013 ( see how efficient they are) but they still not waived of the EMI processing fee.

I  written to them on 16.04.2013 and Mr Prakash replied me (Ref: 04/13/064719/SP/CRD) saying  that since I converted my transaction to EMI I have to pay the fee. I again written to explain him that it is done under iPhone scheme but again he refused (Ref: 04/13/074284/SP/CRD) for 5% cash back and also for waiver of processing fee. And then I written them I will not be paying any of such undue charges and may cancel my card than he reverted on 25.04.12 that they are waiving processing fee (Ref: 04/13/087866/SP/CRD) but not ready to pay 5% cash back. On very next day I got another mail from them (Ref: 04/13/106986/SP/CRD) confirming that the I'll get 5% cash back in 45 days of purchase.

Now till date the processing fee has not been reversed and they also stopped responding to my emails the 45 days also completing on 21.05.2013 but I have no hope that they will give me cash back.

So it's overall fake ads and commitments made by Stan chart including Apple who are offering such schemes in association with cheaters like Stan Chart.
