Would like to give negetive rating, but since 1 Star is the least one, could not.
They ask to fill online forms and all and says will update you within 2 weeks max, but don't know the procedure of selection. Even they does not know the value of time. In two weeks neither they respond to the parents nor update in their so called web site pupilpod. They are saying we are up to dated and updating in our website, but doing nothing. Such a worst experience I have so far.
Finally after 20 - 25 calls to them and sent 10 emails(asking updates) they will send message by mentioning Not selected, there is no reason why not selected.
I called the mobile number mentioned in contact us, one lady pick the call and she was telling she don't know on what basis selection will happen, that is the management decision.
Another day one more lady picked up call and said Yes sir definitely you will get a call, we have not started our process yet. But the fact is behind the scene they have completed the selection criteria’s. I don’t want to explicitly take that word but fact is that.
One day again I called and one more lady picked up the call and said we completed the selection process and if you didn’t get message then maybe you kid didn’t get selected.
Finally I had given a feedback and showed my feelings, immediately they replied me everywhere, i.e. sent me a message saying your kid is not selected(NO REASON), In pupilpod status have updated Not Selected(No reason). Even sent me a mail not selected(No Reason).
If they are this much irresponsible in these things how can one parent believe that they will respond when our kid is there in their school and we ask for a kids update.
It is bullshit.
