I got booked 2 tickets for 10.45 pm departure from Ranebennur to Mangalore, of course the seats chosen by us was middle row one, on the day of journey around 4 pm I got a call from travels stating that this 10.45 pm service is cancelled & you have alloted a seat in 9.45 pm trip & that too of last seats, travel people simply ignored passengers feeling & it seems they are least bothered on customer services.
Regdaring other aspects, Bedsheet were dirty & thrown here & there, also there was no sign on neatness in the entire bus, we can't blame drivers or local agents as higher up management itself not bothered on this.
Also unreserved passengers were got boarded & given place to sleep on the floor.my personal opinion is dont ever chose this travel & this was a very bad & pathetic experience.
