To give this add a rating we need to study a bit logically..


Lets look into the script....


''Three people falling of the roof (Dressed like crazy people...trying to make fun of the dress up of models fo Dew)....



''Aaaaaaaaiiiii wanna do mannnn''....


Ye kya keh rahe hai....


ye keh rahe hai ki inhe karna hai....


Oh!...no do yahan...do vahan ..jhari ke peechhe (snap shot of people peeing behind the jhari)


...I don wanna do!!!!!''''



What exactly this mean?????


Advertisement...means selling of some idea...convey some theme...


Lets see what exactly is the concept or the story this add wanna sell. It wants to tell that people who r crazy would like to go for a drink which they r comparing with''.....'' (Something manufactured jhari ke peechhe....)


So the motive for entire story




  1. The other product (Dew) is like ''.....''which is manufactured jhari ke peechhe




  2. Only crazy people can demand for other product (Dew)..






Then comes up the punch line...''Sprite..all taste ..no gyan''..


It has been the strength of Sprite to mock the hype which other products create in the market about there own product or to mock the product itself and then to put the their simple theme with the simplicity ''All Taste ..No Gyan''..I agree that a lot of creativity goes for creating something like that also but is it worth putting creativity in pulling someone's leg ..i have my own reservations


What they wanna tell is that they r not attaching any buzz word or the concept with the product...its totally WRONG...their buzz word is ''Simplicity'' and they always promote that ...


But can simplicity go anytime with boasting about simplicity....So as per me they are defeating their own buzzword somewhere


Well whatever is the case Modesty which has to go along with simplicity...is totally absent from the theme as every time Sprite adds cry out or ''boast in a big way that they r simple''


So entire add. has been created to make fun of other product rather than talking about ur own product. I feel its a serious case of killing business ethics and negative marketing...


For it.. all I have to say is ''Apna kila banaiye par doosaron ki laashon par nahi''...


i mean..


If u want.. Make ur own castle but dont make it on dead bodies of others
