I went with multiple issues like dead battery, improper air conditioning and pick-up issue in 2nd gear. I had compressive warranty since it was just 2 months when I bought the car.
My battery was replaced as I had already it in written with the RM that if I face any issue with the battery they will replace it.
I had to send the screenshot and they replaced it without any issues.
AC issue was also fixed.
For the pick-up issue, Spinny doesn't give warranty on clutch plate.
So that wasn't fixed.
Overall I'm happy with the service and their prompt responses. Car service timings can be improved but it could be due to heavy customer attraction on SLV motors.
