Hello guys, I used to use Spidigo when the company just started. They installed the devices and provided me a router(after paying Rs.1000 extra). I had 1 Mbps plan. All went good for almost an year then suddenly it started giving problems. Every week I used to call thrice to the Customer Service where they always promised me the problem would be resolved within 24 hours. It got resolved but it continued again and again. I had suffered lots of disconnections during that time. Then finally I decided to visit their office to complain where I found 10-15 other people already waiting at their reception for their issues to get resolved.
Finally I was called and I narrated the problem with some manager(that's what he told he was). He promised me the problem won't continue and I'd not get any more disconnections. I also have had the device replaced 2 times. But still the problem persisted. That manager also gave me his personal number telling that next time if I face problem I could directly call him and he will have it resolved
After some days I had the same issue and called on that person's number which never got connected. So I had to visit office again stayed in queue and spoke to the same manager. He gave me another phone number this time and gave the same fake promises.
Finally I coundn't tolerate these guys so I decided to disconnect the connection. It was in the month of January when I appealed for the disconnection and they visited my place to collect the device in April. The good fact was I never paid them after January as it was prepaid service.
I would really not recommend this ISP.
