I have been there with my 9 other friends on 31st Dec'09 eve.
Initially they were not wanting to remove the cover charges(per person 500/-)(even after pre booking), then after we confirmed that we do not want Hukka, the manager agreed to remove the cover charges.
The waiters were not at all polite, I think the Manager should first make them learn to talk to cusotmers. The order execution takes lot of time(20mins for extra Roti).
We order about 5 starers out of which - they call one of the item as "Cheez Open Rumali"(Rs 225/-) as their sepcial item. This is nothing but a BIG "Plain Khakhra" & on top of which there was lots of Cheez, Tomato, Onions & chaat masala. all the rest of the items including soup is not all worth discussing. All the items were made with lots of "Agino moto" which actually made the taste more hateable.
Paneer was also really bad, it was not properly cooked without enough spices & masala.
We ordered Pastas as well. which were as expetced . very bad to taste.
Example of excellent service: You need to ask atleast 4 time just to drinking water. I am referring to Tap water & not even the Bottelled water! The bottled water ordered at the begining came along with the Bill!
To top of all these, they put 10% as service Tax! & no VAT+CST bills are given! On asking manager he said, Sir this is what we give!
The restaurant is ideal only for people who do not care about taste, just want a pure veg resturant with lots of money to spend.
However, for people like me, who don;t mind over spending for a good food with a good taste, this is striclty NO.
I would recommend a normal hotel near one's house then to travel & so to taste Spice & Flavours which was missing from all the dishes.
