Today I am supposed to be travelling in SpiceJet flight from Trivandrum to Chennai( Departure Time 8.20 PM) at 5.09 PM one idiot from SpiceJet called from the number 9495502200 and informed that the flight will depart at 11.45 PM, which means that the flight will be landing at Chennai by 2.00 am next day. I asked him whether they made any arrangements for us to travel from Airport to our place of residence at 2.00 am morning. His answer was " The best thing we can do is to cancel your Ticket".
Do SpiceJet really think that we book tickets for Joke. Worst airlines in India waiting for their turn to be grounded.
