Hi recentally I want to go from kadhmir to mumbai from spicejet airline frist I want to book a ticket from spicejet website
I do a lot of attempt to book a ticket but the website takes long time to open and runs very slow finally I go to airport and book a ticket from here my departure time and date is 27 of august 2017 and time is 3 pm and when I reached to airport srinagar and do all formulties complete and now I waiting for the flight
The time of flight is 3pm and 2: 50 pm I listen and announcement that the spicejet airline plane no. Spj 369 is late for one hour and still I am waiting and the flight arrives at two hours late and when it arrives at airport and we go in plane and new announcement is being hear that it takes half an hour to fly
And the flight seats are too closed the front seat sink to knees and discomfortable to passengers and the wash rooms are not cleand well and the caben crew staff are not well trained and in flight there are no any arrangement of food there are only plain water available nothing else the seat covers are too tidy that they looks like 10 years old and have a bad odour in it totally I disappointed from spicejet
