Hi I have been a frequent traveler from Delhi to Mumbai because my brother live there and I almost travel there once in 2 months. I have traveled 4 times from SpiceJet but now I prefer another airline. I have faced some issues which I want to share with you:
The most annoying problem with this airline that they never depart at time as I have traveled 4 times and in that 4 times out of four three times mt flight was late for an hour or two. I think they have a problem with Delhi to Mumbai flight.
Check-in counter always apologize as the flight never depart at time. The staff is kind and polite and always try to calm the passengers that's what I loved about them.
The seats in airline are a bit uncomfortable as I have to adjust many times during the journey maybe there is an issue with seats.
So my overall experience was not that good that's why now I prefer another airline to travel.
