This is the worst airline I have ever seen in my life. Their late arrival or departures, their worst aircrafts, useless call centre, misbehavior of their staff forces me to write a bad review about them.
Once I travelled by spice jet flight sg-528 to guwahati with my father and mother, the flight was delayed by 6 hours and so we were forced to cancel that booking. So whenever i see someone making a spice jet reservation, i always advise them that it is better to travel by train than by spicejet
