They are a low cost airlines with an average service which are unable to compete with International Airlines in terms of Quality of service. It lags in various sections like Customer service, for example when I was in airport waiting for my bags to come, I saw some members of the company taking the luggages from the truck and loading in the belt by thowing rudely all the baggages, which is very disappointing for any airlines and at the same time it's passengers too. They also have very limited number of fleet in service, which ultimately lowers their frequency of flight, So there are couple of areas, where the company needs to think.
