I booked a flight from Mumbai to Chennai for 27th December three months early which got delayed by 6 hrs and my return flight for 31st was cancelled and I was not notified. I came to know about it when I did a random check on the status of the flight.
After having a word with the customer service guys (tried the no. for hours before getting in contact with them) I was able to find an alternate solution wherein I got a direct flight from Mumbai to Trivandrum which was good. Flight was on time for 27th so no complaint, but the return flight got delayed by 6 hours and after having a word with other passengers I came to know that the flight scheduled a day before was completely cancelled and passengers were asked to catch the flight for the next day. Which again got rescheduled by 6 hrs so instead of reaching Mumbai at 9:40 IST on 31st; I reached here at 4 AM IST on 1st.
Worst Experience Ever!
If you are planning for a trip I would say don't go for spice jet.
