In the trip from Bangkok to Delhi we had some bitter experience withthe spicejet. The flight from Bangkok to Delhi was 45 minutes late but it was acceptable. But then there was an announcement that flight is further delayed by 1 hour. This was really frustrating for me. I had bought Spicemax package including seat leg room, priority check-in, boarding and bagguages and meals.
This deal seemed okay until we wait for the bagguages at the Airport. No priority baggages existed! All normal and prioritised bagguages were mixed up. We had to wait for 30 min till we got our priority bags. The seats were cramped and the space between two rows was really narrow. When the airhostes came to serve the breakfast, I asked her for cold drinks but she rudely refused saying they do not offer cold drinks. I cant tell you how embarrassing it was for me. I will never buy ticket of spicejet hoping for cheap rates.
