Spicejet Rude Behavior at Amritsar Airport. Review on SpiceJet

I am writing you this mail with my disappointed travel between Amritsar to New Delhi on 21st February 2015 by your airlines.  I have faced very poor experience with your check in staff at Amritsar Airport.  Actually I have booked ticket on 2nd September 2014 when you were running your offer of Rs. 499/- in several cities.

I had booked my flight for Amritsar to Delhi(on 21/02/2015) with my wife name Ms. Minakshi Sharma and My Daughter Ms. Janvi Airy(Under Infant).  Now my daughter was came out from Infant(now she is 2 years and 3 months old) and your checkin counter lady told me that you need to take full ticket for your child as she has crossed Infant criteria.  I had paid Rs. 8014/- immediately for my child ticket and ask her to refund my ticket amount which have been charged for my daughter under Infant.  Your check in counter told me it will be refund in 10-15 days.

Till now everything was going well. I got boarding pass and now she started very rude language with me and my wife.  I was very disappointed with that, after taking ticket and after making all the formalities what kind of response I am getting from your check in counter.  She used very rude language which is given below.

1. Kahan Kahan se aa jaate hai jaanwar, anpad gawar.

   
   




2. Leave my counter otherwise I will now let you go and not let you board at flight.

   
   




3. If you are not getting in English I can explain you in Hindi as well. For your kind information I am not anpad gawar. I am Post Graduate(MCA Pass out) and my wife is graduate from Delhi University.  I was travelling from spicejet airlines first time.  I faced very dissatisfied experience with your airlines. Now my humble request to you people pls takes action towards your Amritsar Airport Spicejet check in counter staff so that nobody will face this kind of bad experience which I have faced.  I am totally upset and till now I couldn’t get myself out in normal circumstances.   I don’t know the name of lady but I can share you my daughter’s ticket details which were generated by that lady only.
