Del-Madurai : I made this reservation from Vancouver, Canada nearly two weeks ago but never received a confirmation via email or SMS. Not receiving confirmation from your side I made alternate bookings.
I called the Spicejet number and was told there was an error because of which no confirmation was sent.
Since I have already made alternate bookings I wanted to cancel this reservation without any cancellation charges.
Not only did I get charged but also overcharged. There should be some type of oversight for such substandard airlines who gouge their customers.
