I feel this review is:
Booked on a flight from Madurai to Kochi via Chennai. Flight delayed due to "operational" reasons. Missed last connecting flight to Kochi. Traveling with senior parents with limited mobility. Put up in a hell hole roach infested motel in Chennai.No apologies from Spicejet. No explanation. No answer to email. Hotel not fit for human stay. Bathrooms plugged. No hot water for shower. Breeding ground for mosquitoes.
Never again.
