All airlines charge very high cancellation charge that is a cruelty to humans. Bcoz humans make errors.
Spicejet is always ahead in adopting new methods to attract customers. I request to do something. Atleast offer attractive discount to those who cancel flight.
Secondly, some people make mistake while booking online. They realize it within few minutes. For such instance, kindly allow 30 minutes grace time within which customer can cancel without any charges. Hope this suggestion will help all.
