I booked a flight from Ahmadabad to Delhi last week through a local travel agency. The ticket cost me total Rs. 3600. When I reached the airport I was only having E ticket in my phone and pdf in my mail. I was asked to show hard copy of ticket which I was not carrying. I suddenly rushed to Airline counter where I though I will get a print out from their system within seconds at free of cost as I had already paid Rs.3600. But when I asked the staff, they asked me to pay Rs.50 for a single page single side, black and white copy which we can easily get in market at Rs.2 only. I was not in the mood to argue as I was getting late but was thinking to put this issue in public.That's why I am putting here. The crew members were polite and the flight departed and landed on exact time.
