I have booked the flight from Gorakhpur to Bangalore on 3-Dec-2016. 24-hours before flight departure I have been informed flight might be cancelled due to operational reason. I have been requested to either cancel or change flight to Varanasi. I had to book the tickets to Varanasi from train which had cost me extra money and trouble. There was no refund or partly refund of ticket. Customer care executive was really horrible to talk to and was clueless why flight is cancelled, only thing to say because of operational reason. I had booked tickets 1 month in advance when tickets were at less price. I promise,will never ever travel with this this horrible airlines.
