The worst flight to fly with ever. the customer desk at the airport will tell u one thing, the helpline service will tell you another and the ground staff will implement their own version and in the end if u write a mail and try to resolve the issue at the appellate authority, they will ask a reply sheepishly with a "we are sorry"
not worth the money
just pay another 500 bucks more and travel another airline
also, its never on time, ever. dont even bother to book a connecting flight if u are travelling on spicejet, you will never make it.
no wonder it almost collapsed
hope it happens again
