This is now a big scam coming in front of the public, spice jet gives offers with big deals and prices which makes you crazy and you plan even unnecessarily to any of the destination, and they books tickets in number of hundreds and finally they cancel or reschedule their flights which causes definite change in our plans as we do have booked the returns also and they know it, and thus we are finally bound.
It happened to me, I booked a ticket to mumbai with goibibo as a merchant, as at that time spice jet deal was there and I was provided with low fares ticket, and obviously I had also booked the return tickets, NOW 15-20 days prior to my trip they informed me that my tickets are cancelled due to some problem at their end, for which I was not given any refund and they want me to rescedule the tickets but as I had my return tickets I was bound to buy the tickets of the fixed date, so then, I bought tickets from other airlines in much higher price as it was close to the date of journey.
And also I had to contact a many times to the customer care, which was unable to response and they just told me to contact goibibo they will help you.
Big scam is, that they use our money by pre booking on a date of 4-5 months earlier , with low fares we are attracted and take advantage, and they always sell such deal tickets in a no refund policy, and who knows what will happen after a long time of 4-5 months, till then they use our money in the market.
