To be fair, the flying experience with Spicejet was quite comfortable, but they need to take care of their systems.
Spicejet lost an item of my luggage. Just as I left the airport after disembarking, they called to tell me they had found it asked me to pick it up. I told them to send it to my address. It never came. Everytime I called or emailed after that, I was assured they would help me. Ultimately, after about 4 times this happened and 15 days after my flight, I blew my top and asked to speak to a customer service relations supervisor.. a certain Mr Sachin Awal. To my dismay, none of the people I had spoken to had ever noted down my complaint! Nor did they have any record of my complaint by email.
So, after a lot of shouting, I told them I'm going to sue them. A day after that, they sent a terse email apologising for the loss. I for one am never flying Spicejet again if I have luggage with me. Actually, I'll never fly with them anyway because they're so damn unhelpful.
