I had traveled from Hyderabad to Bangalore on Spicejet flight last week. I booked the tickets few months back but last month I got a message from them that they are increasing the passenger convenience fee by rs. 400 per passenger exclusive of taxes. I had no other choice but to pay that during my travel. Only good thing was the staff behave well and they are courteous.
During boarding the flight, it did not have any carrier for hand baggage. The flight was small and not well maintained. The keeping of hand baggage was not managed properly and there was always a chance that others might pick your baggage. The flight was too noisy and we had an infant with us and he kept crying all the way because of the noise. Overall a bad experience.
