I Purchased Spice MI 504 in may 2016. Since Aug the battery is not holding charge. Takes 20 hours for charging and gets discharged in 20 minutes after calling to service center but Still no battery has been provided. their reply is " when the stock comes, we will inform you. Mailed my complaint to spice customer Care. They only assured that the area service team will get in touch with the resolution. Its been over a month and no body from Spice has contacted nor communicated with me.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY SPICE. THEIR IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and they are very casual in approach. Will never respond nor give any confirmed dates for resolving problem.Never do the mistake of buying any of the spice mobile. I had very bad experience
