Spencer's Sarjapura. Review on Spencers, Bangalore

I have been to newly opened Spencer at Sarjapura main road. The location is good as it is on main road, but the parking is a problem, they have valet parking, but beware, sharing an incident with you, have left Sodexho vouchers accidentally in my glove box and handed it over to valet parking as they had parking problem.

After shopping, where the queue are a bit long, received the car, just curiously checked that vouchers were there, from outside booklet it looked all well and I drove off, after reaching home checked it again and found that the person has removed Rs. 1000 vouchers from the total wad.

When I approached the manager and security in charge they were helpful, in at least listing down complaint and promised to address in a day's time.

Since then 2 months have gone by, still have not ahead from them. Even after repeated enquiry, they are not forthcoming with any answer or at least to admit that it has happened.

Now I am no longer following it up, it seems waste of time. Just enter it with caution and remove all your valuables if you wish to hand it over for valet parking at this store.
