Sitting and watching a movie, the history of which you have little knowledge about, can be frustrating. I'm not really a fan of the Bond franchise, however, I did watch the previous one(until I dosed off) and then there's this little offspring.

The movie really builds in the begging, with all the action, fight, stunts, and stuff, but gradually the enthusiasm is diminished. Although it does have a few action sequences throughout the course of the movie, it just doesn't have the "Bond" feel to it. The story and the progression seems a bit obvious, and the elements of surprise doesn't actually surprise you.

It's the same monotonous "bad-guy bad-organisation" stuff. The plot seems weak and the energy, which Daniel Craig puts into his blockbusters isn't perceptible in this instalment. Spectre is just a vague reason for the Bond series to continue running, as it doesn't have the vibe the other movies had. However, the movie is still entertaining(to some extent), although it doesn't keep you glued to your seats, and is a one time watch. The background score, however, is just another story. The orchestral score resonates with the movie, and is capable of giving you goosebumps. Sam Smith's song is featured in the movie, do check that out. Kudos to the guy who bought me tickets to the first row(saved me money, but I did have a sprained neck).
