I recently happened to pick up my car suzuki a star from spectra dealer in ghatkopar west, mumbai. I received my a star.i was given horrible service.the list is as follows-
1)the car was did not have proper teflon coating in some door areas which was promised.2)we had to wait for 3 hours for the car to be ready.3)interiors were not clean and had black spots which cannot be removed or cleaned.4)side mirror had a coating removed5)the interior were dusty and not cleaned.6) accessories promised to us was not given.7)all the claims made by manager deepak rao were waste
only one thing is I wish maruti suzuki could listen to its customer.the dealers have different attitude towards people buying sx4 and people buying a star/alto/estilo
I will never buy a maruti product nor will go to spectra motors. maruti suzuki has no care for its customer and I had exp with ratan motors also
