Me and my husband had been to Specsmakers, BSK 3rd stage and its been only a week since we are wearing the eye glasses. We had been there to change our lenses as the frame was good and my husband's spectacles had frames made by Specsmakers.
On removing the spectacles from eyes, the glasses broke!.
What kind of service are you guys providing? On complaining, we get to know there is no warranty. Fine. Even the local shop would have provided a best in class lens. We did not expect such CHEAP SERVICE by a branded company.
