1.Was promised 8-12 Mbps. Average is 2-3 Mbps.
2.Connection becoming erratic.
3.Impossible to get through to the helpline.
4.Exceptionally well-behaved, intelligent individuals from the most beautiful parts of India - Bihar and UP come to troubleshoot your problems, if at all.
Complete waste of money. I understand there's just no good broadband provider these days. I'm sticking to my mobile 3G connection and data card. Costlier but far more reliable.
