I believe all the good reviews about this packer are written by the packer team themselves and are not genuine. And I’ll tell you why. I went by all the good reviews thinking the bad reviews shouldn't be taken into consideration and this wrong decision of mine proved to be the worst nightmare of my life. Mr. Sharma’s sweet nectar like words will melt you to choose this packer. But trust me, do not ever go by their words & so called promises & assurance / guarantee.
They quote may be a Rs.5000 less from the other packers but please shell out that extra Rs.5000 from your wallet to go for a better packer. I shifted my luggage from Chennai to Pune. They stole my mops(might sound small items, stealing is stealing). While removing my AC, they removed it so well, that all the gas from the compressor was leaked which cost me around 3, 000-4, 000. The transportation was done on Monday or Tuesday and Sharma said it will definitely reach us on Saturday morning.
It was Saturday morning; I didn't get any whereabouts of my luggage. So I called Sharma & team to know the status. They gave some bullshit reason and promised that it will reach in the evening. It didn't and nobody gave me any update. It was me who had to call those stupid guys again and again asking them the location of the truck. These people are so bad that they don’t pick your call even if you call them 100 times because they give a damn about their customer’s pain.
Horrible employees & horrible service. They expect you to call the truck driver to know where the truck is. Then it was promised that it will reach on Sat night. It didn't, as expected. I called the driver again and he said it will reach on Sunday morning. Morning, on calling the driver, there was no response so I gave a call to Sharma’s manager. Very casually he said, what we can do if there is a problem & stuff. After sometime, Mr Sharma gives a call stating sorry sir, we cannot deliver the goods even today(Sunday). It will definitely reach on Monday morning! I mean, seriously? You must be kidding me! I didn't have any words to describe that situation. Can a service provider be so carefree & irresponsible?
They took away my peace in those three days. I had lot of expectations from these guys after going through the good reviews which was obviously my biggest mistake.
Moral – Don’t go with the 99 good reviews, Go with that 1 bad review. It’ll change your experience!
