I am just a normal customer of South Indian Bank. Not one who makes huge fund transfers. So I just want to say about their services and customer experiences.
South Indian Bank is one of the leading banks in south India, which has now branches all over the country. It is a nationalised bank working under the regulations of Reserve Bank of India(RBI). SIB provides all the services that other banks provide for their customers, including ATM and credit cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking etc. They have branches in all the major cities and towns.
I am customer of their internet banking and mobile banking. Let me say, the internet banking facility called the CYBERNET SIB is one of the simplest and safest to use online banking facility in the country. The mobile banking facility called M-pay is also a very helpful feature for instant money transfer and mobile recharges etc.
Another thing is the customer experience. The executives in their offices are very nice and have a good helping mentality. They treat their customers with very respect. Overall SIB provides a wonderful banking experience.
