This is my Experience with South India Re-locators. I used their service for shifting things from my 2BHK House. I divided it into good and Bad Experience.
Bad Experience:
1) When I booked thid agency for the Service Executive over phone said he will send big Eicher Vehicle but what turned up during shifting day was a old TATA Vehicle which is small for things to shift from 2BHK house.
2) Over Phone Executive said he will send 4 Trained people for shifting but on the Shifting day there were 5 people and only 2 were trained, and they were teaching others on how to handle things. Its like a Hand on Job Experience!
3) They damaged my Dining able(4 seater) during shifting it from 1st floor(using Rope as staircase was narrow) to Ground floor. I have to repair it on my own.
4) As I said it was a old vehicle, Once all the things were loaded to Vehicle(somehow managed to shift all things to vehicle in one trip some items were kept on the Door!) Vehicle did not start. It started only after some pushed the Vehicle. Looks like battery problem.
5) On the way to my New Home 8Km from my existing one in Vijayanagara, Traffic police caught the Vehicle and asked for the Vehicle documents. Driver did not had anything to show. Police asked him to pay the fine I am not sure whether he had Money or not I paid the fine to the Police.
Look at my Plight!
Good Experience
1) Even though my New Flat is at 4th Floor and lift was not ready, I appreciate their work in shifting things without any fuss.
