I love sony mobile forever and ever after using z ultra. Z ultra having 6'4 inch display and snapdragon 800 prosesser 2.2ghz quad core and 5.1 lolipop resently updated. Running like sleeping in butter. Only 6.5 mm think and build with only glass and matal. Fully water and dust resistanse.
Cemera is not bed 8mp rear and 2 mp front cemera. Antnutu benchmark score is around 45000 after updating lolipop 5.1 oprationg system. I thing one of the best phablet in market now. I am using from 8 month. So go for it.
