I am one of the unfortunate ones to have bought a Sony Xperia M2 dual phone. I bought it after recommendation from my friend. But both of us started facing problems with the phone in just 3 months of purchase.
The phone starts hanging up, the display goes black suddenly, the phone restarts automatically, etc. There are many more problems with the phone. The service centre in chandni asked me to submit the phone for 10 days just for a software update as they do not have the glue used in almost all the sony phones to stick the back portion of the phone.
