This is first review I am writing about any product as I am lil indifferent with small goof ups . I brought Xperia J in the month of Dec 2012 . It started giving problems from Jan & in month of Feb it went off & was not getting charged . I went to their service center in andheri east mumbai.
Person there said fone is completely spoiled & they have to change mother board & screen. I was in shock how can it be spoiled within two months . Then Sony service center people said they will take a week to repair the fone & I said thats ok .
I have given fone on 4th of feb 2013 & its 22 feb 2013 & they are still waiting for parts to arrive . I want to know
How sony can make such a pathetic quality phone.
If they have made how can they sell it if they do not have spares available (i am from mumbai) .
How can they keep my phone in service center for such a long time without giving a similar replacement phone (Nokia does that)
How nobody knows when I will get my phone back call center said go to service center & vice versa .
I am bit annoyed & equally surprised how can a company like sony act like that .
i may not use that phone ever again but I strongly suggest everybody not to buy any of sony mobiles as the quality is very bad & service quality is worst .
Waste of your hard earned money .
