I’m writing this on Mouthshut for Sony Xperia Service Related Issue and Big Fault in Handset – Sony Xperia
I have purchased @Sony?Xperia? E3 Dual on date of 03//11/2014. And I was very happy that I am with Sony and I never get a?problem in any matter. But now I'm thinking that I will never ever suggest anyone to buy a Sony or Xperia mobile phones.
Now about Problem: -
But I've found a fault regarding Wi-Fi?hotspot? problem in handset less than 2 days. I submitted the Phone with DOA to service center to replacement for a New Sonymobile Xperia E3 Dual - Submitted on 13/11/2014, and I received new mobile on 09/12/2014 in 27 days after so many follow-ups.
After Few months, again I was facing lots of issues related to Internal Memory and RAM Related -(Product is still under warrentee). I have contacted to your customer care they generate ticket ID No. - 15012305219 date - 23/01/2015. Then I was submitting my phone to your service center on date of 27/01/2015.
They have told me?phone? will repair the phone after receive the particular parts from SonyIndia Company and they are giving me standby of full SIM slot mobile but I am using MicroSim Mobile.
Xperia E-3 dual it is not useful for me and I have return stand by phone(Sony?Ericsson). Finally service center has returned my phone without repaired & still I have facing same?internal memory?issues.
And in Oct 2015 - with same issue I have complaint with these details Ticket id - 15100802150 - 15-10-2015 Job sheet no. W115100802150 and your service center have done the same as previous,
Finally its very hectic for me and totally irritated with your services, now let me know what the solution,
Please Note: Product is still under warranted, so please fix this problem or take back this phone from me, I will not visit your service center again, I have not too much time to visit service center always for 3 to 5 hours every time this is really very?hectic and?pathetic
I am very disappointed of your Services and also you’re sold faulty handset.
Please look in to the matter and suggest way-out otherwise I have only one final option to go India?Consumer Court.
