This is Ramu resi amberpet hyd 500013 . I have
raised the complaint for my 32 inches sony tv on 25 dec and after 4
days the tech person visited that tooo after many follow ups with
customer care. very late response,
After tech person visit he said that the board need to replace and he
said charge 6600 rs then we have agreed for the same and paid him and
he replace and on the same day again same problem, and we have called
same person but he is not responding properly, later we have
complained to customer care and after many follow up another tech
person came and said that the same board problem, How come after the
first person replace with new part again same part problem. Do u think
this is too much and very bad service
