My personal experience about Sony. I had brought Sony last year march. It works good for one year after 13th month the sony power adapter is repaired I call for costumer care and one person saw the tv and he not even touch the tv he say about that power supply in the tv is not proper so he adverse me for fix astabilizer so they he billed for 300. Not even he touch my tv he billed for ₹.300. The he told that new adaptor for tv is ₹.5000. Inclusive of all taxes so the quality of the t.v is not good when I am purchasing they want to told me to fix a stabilizer they did not tell about this no I am suffer a lot for buying this sony T.V.
