I was gifted a Sony cordless phone SPP-933
by My brother-in-law who got this SET from United States in sept 2001
In july 2005,,the speakerphone stoped responding,handset working
Then I searched at sony website and I got a link for a sony Authorised service center

Chembur,Mumbai,India
I gave the set to them in sept2005 for repairs
- I got the set back from them after a week saying that problem is fixed,they charged me Rs.450,But the problem wasnt fixed ,I gave it back again for checking the nextday itself
2.For two months there was no reply,THEY ALWAYS SAID THAT THEY WERE LOOKING INTO IT,I got the set back in Dec saying that they cannot fix the problem,But when I took it home the set was completely dead,even handset was dead,screw missing,I gave it back again for checking the nextday
total time is 6 months for repairing no reply what has happened to my set
3.Today is 17nd feb I called them up and they say that they can't
SONY service is the most disgusting ever,They have no respect for customer
Can anybody advise what can be done further
