Its a brand new sealed pack. 3 games included were pasted outside the box and all are physical copies. Received the latest model CUH-1208B as advertised. Initial set up went smoothly. If you are planning to buy Sony PlayStation 4. You need a good internet connection speed. Buy the 1 TB console if your budget allows.(Quickly you will run out of space with the 500 GB model) There are numerous upcoming multi-platform games which will play better on PS4 than XBOX ONE. The interface is highly smooth.
