People please do not buy company products who does not know "C" of customer care after sales. Interestingly if you call customer care number then inspite of giving ref# still they would love to kill ur time by listening story time & again. I cannot believe!!!
I had purchased last week a 8 GB micro sd card, have sandisk 16GB thought to give a try to SONY however really a bad experience.
As advised by customer care & online technical help have visited ur Gurgaon old dlf colony franchise office, (M/s I connect) on 04th-Jan. They do not have any card reader or anything to test the card moreover they simply said that there is some scratch on the card.
When requested to escalate to seniors or company officials they denied, tried out online chat they said that replacement is required & which can be done through iConnect what to do or should I consider SONY INDIA is no longer interested in small matters?
I do have TV, audio system however felt very lucky that never have any opportunity to visit service center. For this I have shown them screenshot & sent photographs to still they are not ready to replace or unlock card. :(
You have lost a faithful customer by your poor after sale services in Gurgaon because of your franchise scheme of people like I-Connect where no technical or official from SONY is available! Shame Sony India for bleeding the customers who trust you so much since childhood!
In fact last week similar issue with my SANDISK card, the issue is resolved in less than 72 hours.
