I bought a sony psp from croma, crowniterior faridabad.
It was kept packed for 3 days, after installing it I found that it was not working, I immediately went to croma and asked them to replace it.they asked me to go to sony ssrvice centre but I forced them to either replace it or to return my money back.they asked me to wait for two days and then they delivered me a new psp, but now the new one is also having same kind of problems its hanging again and again, its very slow.
I have complained a lot in sony service centre they have updated software twice but there is no permenant solution.
So there is very poor performance.
