PSVITA when it came out was the best handheld device in the entire world and no questions was packed with the most sophisticated and advanced technology inside. Playstation launched this powerful machine in the hopes of up-ing their game in the Gaming world.This was no doubt the thing of the future. Millions of pieces were sold and went out of stock in a very short period of time.
This device had such amazing graphics and gameplay that it could easily give competition to any xbox 360 and Playstation 3 run for their money. Playstation understood this I guess and decided not to support PSVITA anymore.This thing was so advanced with its anyone would prefer a handheld instead of paying for a 30K CONSOLE. Or we listen to the Playstation statement they wanted to focus more on developing games and consoles for ps3 and develop Ps4.This console is totally abandoned now.
There is no library at all to play games. Only selected few like God of war, Uncharted, Call of duty and other titles are there which have a very bad story and gameplay. So overall of you buy this you will be stuck after playing these games. This console is absolute . You can't do much with it as there are no games that Sony made and its also not backward compatible so that it can play PSP games which had a huge library of games.Its like an expensive device you can't make call on and if you can it is useless as its calling feature sounds like someone trying to talk through radio. Its useless. You better buy a Smartphone at this price that does almost everything there are more titles in Smartphone than in PSVITA.
I would strongly recommend not to buy it. As much irresistible it may seem and it is a piece of art I agree and some may justify its use because they are stuck with it. You better not go a buy this instead buy a Ps3 at least you will have some titles to play.As much I feel bad to say it is useless to buy it and Even Sony who manufactured it stated that it has abandoned the PSVITA. It would be really stupid to buy it. DON'T make the mistake of buying it even if you are a collector or a hardcore gamer.
